Construction will begin soon on the move-in-ready homes, and model homes are expected to open this fall.
“Both Beazer Homes and Highland Homes have been working on new home plans and new ways of living. We are excited they are bringing these new home designs to Towne Lake as we expand our offerings for all life stages,” said Peter Barnhart, executive vice president and partner of Caldwell Cos., in a statement.
Highland Homes will develop 37 townhomes featuring spacious family rooms, double-vanity bathrooms, flex spaces for crafting or office use, outdoor patio spaces and two-car garages, officials said.
The Beazer Homes collection of duets, or attached single-family homes which are sold as separate units, will add 42 modern farmhouse-style homesites with eight floor plan options featuring two to four bedrooms and two to three full bathrooms. Two-car garages, covered patios, built-in mudrooms, upstairs loft space and lawn service are also standard for each of these homes, according to the news release.
Residents will also have access to Towne Lake's amenities, including recreational boating and water sports on the community's 300-acre lake, waterfront shopping and dining at The Boardwalk, a family water park, parks, pools and trails.
